Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address to use. Please do not return a product without receiving our confirmation first.
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the product, in accordance with the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except in cases of defective or non-compliant products.
